Store owner replied: Hi Janice, we’re sorry to see this review, as we weren’t aware that you were still unable to locate your order. When you contacted us in July, we checked the carrier tracking, which showed your order as delivered on July 18th and included photographic proof of delivery. We responded to your emails and, when you asked which parcel in the delivery photograph was yours, we explained that unfortunately we couldn’t identify the individual package from the carrier’s photograph. In our last email to you on July 23rd, we asked you to let us know if you were still unable to locate the order so that we could look into this further and help resolve the issue. As we didn’t hear back from you after that, we understood that the parcel had subsequently been located. We’re very sorry to learn from your review that this may not have been the case. Please reply to our previous email or contact us at support@lilyflowermilestones.com and we’ll be very happy to look into this further for you.
