1. What products do you offer?
At Lilyflower Milestones, we currently offer two styles of t-shirts — both beautifully made, soft, and crafted to celebrate your special moments in comfort and style.
Gildan 64000 — Our Signature Tee
Most of our collections are made using the Gildan 64000 Softstyle T-Shirt, a much-loved classic known for its perfect blend of comfort and durability. Made from 100% ring-spun cotton, these shirts are soft to the touch with a smooth, slightly fitted feel that flatters all body types.
Each Gildan 64000 tee is crafted with care — lightweight yet sturdy, breathable, and ideal for everyday wear. They strike the perfect balance of quality, softness, and affordability, making them our go-to choice for most milestone collections.
Comfort Colors 1717 — Our Premium Collection
Our Premium Wedding Collection is made using the Comfort Colors 1717 T-Shirt, a step up in luxury and craftsmanship. These tees are loved for their relaxed, lived-in feel and vintage-washed look, achieved through a unique garment-dyeing process that gives each piece a beautifully soft, one-of-a-kind finish.
Like our Gildan tees, Comfort Colors are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, but they’re a slightly heavier weight with a looser, more relaxed fit. This gives them that cozy, effortless vibe that feels instantly comfortable — like your favourite well-loved tee from day one.
Both styles are premium quality, but our Comfort Colors range offers that extra touch of texture and luxury, which is why our Premium Collections are priced a little higher.
2. How long will it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, it enters our production process where your chosen design is printed and prepared especially for you. Production usually takes 1–2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location.
You can generally expect your order to arrive within 4–10 days from the date of purchase.
Occasionally, there may be carrier delays that are beyond our control, particularly during busy postal periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please reach out to us at support@lilyflowermilestones.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
If you’re ordering for a specific event or celebration, please ensure you leave sufficient time for your order to arrive before the date of your event. Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production begins, unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We kindly ask customers to plan their purchases with our processing and delivery times in mind, especially for larger or event-based orders. This helps us keep our service running smoothly and ensures every milestone is celebrated without stress.
3. Why do you make your items to order?
At Lilyflower Milestones, every product is made to order — meaning we create each piece especially for you once your order is placed. We choose to do this to help reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
By producing items only when they’re needed, we can make sure every product has a purpose and nothing goes to waste. It’s our small way of doing something positive for the planet and helping create a more sustainable future. 🌿

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Provided you’ve given an email address at checkout, you’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. This allows you to keep an eye on your parcel’s journey and stay updated on its progress.
Please note that it can take a day or two for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched, as carriers sometimes need a little extra time to scan and process parcels through their system.

5. What do I do if I haven’t received my package?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of placing it, please get in touch with us at support@lilyflowermilestones.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Occasionally, there can be carrier delays that are beyond our control, especially during busy postal periods or holidays. We’ll do our best to help track your parcel and make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
When contacting us, please include your order number and the name the order was placed under, so we can assist you promptly.
6. Are your shirts true to size?
Yes — both our Gildan 64000 and Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirts are unisex fit, meaning they’re designed to suit all body shapes and sizes comfortably.
Our Gildan 64000 Softstyle tees have a slightly fitted feel, offering a flattering shape without being tight, while our Comfort Colors 1717 shirts have a more relaxed, laid-back fit with a gentle drape that gives that “lived-in” look and feel.
We generally recommend ordering your usual size for a standard fit, or sizing up if you prefer a looser, oversized style.

7. What is your returns policy?
Because all of our products are made to order, we don’t hold stock or operate a returns facility. We choose to create each item individually to help reduce waste and avoid overproduction — it’s our small way of caring for the planet while ensuring that every product is made with purpose. 🌿
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
